Another beautiful Fall day!
It's sunny and clear out, and even though our temperatures are still down you can't help but notice today's beauty, even from the warmth of the indoors!

Our overall market continues to chug along as there still remains action with both new listings and a few properties going into contract. I will add its becoming more apparent for some Sellers to bend a bit with their listing prices. This is not to say we are in a Buyer's market by any means... We are simply balanced!
Low ball offers will not get you anywhere. Both Agents and their Clients are well aware when a home is priced well, and if it is, you'll need to respect this for the property to become yours. The additional price bending by any Seller, as mentioned previously, refers to when a "Seller's Market" mindset may still exist. This is not the the case, either... Again, we are in a balanced market right now. One where all parties can win!
So price your properties right from the start and they will Sell! The Buyers are out there... Entice them!
