Let it snow!

Happy Tuesday! Snow fell over night, with only a small amount still coming down as I write (8:00 am)... Hood River School District is running two hours late this morning (school delay), for those of you with kiddos!... Measuring the snow earlier we had roughly 3 inches or so in the Heights area of town (Hood River). I've attached a few pics below.

You know, at first it was forecasted for this year's Real Estate season to be somewhat less exciting then in years past, but now with the amount of inquiries coming in, and the conversations I'm having with other professionals in the field, it seems we may have another great year yet!... As some of you know, the Federal Reserve recently made some positive comments related to interest rates. They will now be keeping the rates more in check, and not raising them as generously as before. This should certainly help with affordability and individual loan qualifications... Also, I have a few Sellers looking to list their homes this spring, which is great since these homes will be in the ever harder to find, affordable range!

Wow, I actually discussed Real Estate, which after all is my profession!... I'll just remember to keep it light when I do... Feel free to reach me anytime regarding more information... Phone, text, or email will work just fine!

Alright, another post done. We'll do this again tomorrow!... Have a great day! -Sean

"If you can tune into your purpose and really align with it, setting goals so that your vision is an expression of that purpose, then life flows much more easily." - Jack Canfield

Here are the pics I promised:

Hood River Heights area. (Snow day!)

A local orchard shot. (Westside)

3 inches of snow accumulation. (Light, but nice to have!)

Okay, I had to throw this one in as well: *PROPERTY NO LONGER AVAILABLE.*

A plug for Downtown Hood River listing... (Why not!) *PROPERTY NO LONGER AVAILABLE.*
