TUESDAY'S POST (10/15)
Updated: Oct 16, 2019
A change is coming!
Well, so much for sunshine!.. Periods of rain for at least the rest of this week...
Hey, I was thinking... I know how we are supposed to be hardy individuals when it comes to rain here in Northwest, but wonder how many of you are actually toting an umbrella around?.. I mean, I grew up here in the Gorge and have experienced our Oregon Coast weather quite often as well, and I certainly don't mind carrying an umbrella with me... What's your thought?
My feeling is, "If not for me, then for others"... In fact, I'll keep a couple extra umbrellas in my vehicle, just in case. Why?.. Because I'm got sean?.. And my Client's comfort always come first! :)
Real Estate remains calm in our area. Another factor that remains calm... Our current, low interest rates, which at least help towards making affordability possible. With time, and as long as these low rates do continue, I suspect we should see activity pick up again, especially with the price decreases we've been experiencing lately... Lower interest rates. Lower prices... Heading towards a Buyer's market?.. We shall see!.. Steady for now.
I will add, opportunities are still occurring daily, so if you are in the market for a property, or a home, now may be the right time... Much less competition out there!
