TUESDAY'S POST (10/22)
Updated: Oct 23, 2019
Sun's out!
Alright, everyone. Now we're talking!.. The sun's out again and shining onto our beautiful and magnificent Gorge landscape... What a wonderful time of year, Fall!
So as discussed for the last month or so, it's become apparent that other professionals are now sharing in the opinion that we're certainly in middle ground territory, between a Seller's and a Buyer's market. Some of these opinions come from larger metropolitan areas, which often lead in progression our Country's overall Real Estate market. I will add, because of specific dynamics, especially of smaller markets like our very own, some areas can often set their own tone and alter from the norm. Nontheless, almost all markets will undoubtedly follow suit in at least some way, and I think this is exactly what we're seeing now for our area.
Fortunately, the Gorge has a rather large, individual dynamic, which can help in carving out its own path. The dynamic is that our area is truly hard to replicate, with regards to enjoyment (recreation), beauty (landscape), and our diverse (seasonal) year round living. It's very much why many choose to live here... Unique enough to spark its own path, as well as your own!
Enjoy your Tuesday. I'll see you tomorrow! - Sean
