Not too bad of a start!

Another sunny day out here in the Gorge!.. Certainly cold though. October has started out quite nice, surprisingly... Sun, you're welcome to stay out all you want! :)

Currently at the office prepping for a Client meeting. The week continues to be productive for this time of year, with offers still coming in at times. It's all about the negotiations however, if something is actually to stick!
